Cost £650 – Residential Retreat – single or shared room

This Retreat offers you the opportunity to set time aside to draw closer to God  and be inspired to use your creative gifts to commune with Jesus – especially through prayer, poetry and prophetic painting. If you love drawing, illustrating, creative journaling and song writing, you are very welcome too. With an emphasis on ‘waiting on the Lord’ both together as a group, and with time set apart to take time out to “Be still and know that He is God,”  we pray you will encounter the Lord afresh here at Llangasty Retreat House. This is a ‘thin’ place and located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooking a beautiful lake and surrounded by nature close to the Brecon Beacons.

You are created by The Creator to be creative. This Retreat is a ‘hands-on’ opportunity to use the creative gifts you were born with, and be inspired to let them flourish and flow. Bhari will be sharing poetry and prayers, and James will be painting, and together they will be encouraging you to use your creative gifts for God’s glory and His good pleasure. Encounter the Lord through the ‘Encounter Exhibition’ of prophetic art  by James and Bhari which will be located in the Library – ‘the Quiet Room.’

Join us for union and communion with the Lord, and unity and community with  each other, as we come together as a Community of Christian Creatives. If you are a Creative in need of a Retreat and rest, refreshment and renewal, and just need time and space set apart to draw closer to God and just be, you are very welcome too.
